Stock and inventory

Receiving stock, write-offs and low-stock alerts.

TillKiller tracks how much of each product you have. Selling a product reduces its stock; receiving and writing off adjust it directly.

Keeping stock right

• Receive stock when a delivery arrives — this also updates the product’s cost.
• Write off stock that’s broken, expired or otherwise lost, with a reason.
• Set a low-stock threshold so products running low are flagged.

Soft vs hard limits

Soft limits warn when stock is low but still allow the sale. Hard limits stop a sale once stock reaches zero. Choose in Settings → Inventory.
